BSQ Solar Wet Leakage Test System (With Insulation Test)

Test Purpose
Evaluate the insulation performance of components under wet operating conditions and verify that moisture from rain, fog, dew or melting snow can enter the working part of the internal circuit of the component. If moisture enters the area, it may cause corrosion, surges or safety incidents.

- Equipment standard output DC2000V, can be upgraded to 2500V (customized), the standard output can meet the conventional 1500V system voltage component test requirements
- Power supply with leakage current alarm function, alarm can be set range
- Can set the testing time, when at the end of the experiment, the power system automatically stop
- Can be controlled by computer program, automatic data access, excel export (optional)

Temperature Controlled Water sink
- Temperature control sink is made of aluminum profile + imported PP sheet, beautiful appearance
- PID automatic temperature control to achieve standard 22 ±2 °C requirements (equipment with heating and cooling functions)
- The equipment is equipped with a standard conductivity tester, which meets the resistivity test in the standard
- Conductivity range: 0-1999us/cm ±1.5%F · S, temperature test range: 10.0-40.0°C ± 1°C
