Test Purpose
The dynamic mechanical load tester is used to verify the ability of components to withstand static and dynamic loads under conditions such as wind or ice. This machine is used to test the compressive strength of photovoltaic modules, using dynamic pressure holding technology, simulated load test, to evaluate the product under load state, compressive ability.

The system realizes the simulation of dynamic load in the form of cylinder & sucker, Pressure mode sucker + pressure sensor + cylinder + proportional valve +PLC. Each cylinder drives a sucker, and each cylinder piston rod is installed with a tension pressure sensor. The air pressure is calculated by PLC according to the real-time feedback value of the pressure sensor, and the cylinder movement is controlled by adjusting the opening of the proportional valve, so as to achieve the control of the force value. Each cylinder is a separate control module. Periodic load pressure tests are performed on the mounting plane of the component. The main frame of the system is 8080 European standard aluminum profile design, taking into account the installation of conventional components, the installation of screw holes and the installation of double glass components. The device also provides real-time monitoring of component shape variables as well as current continuity and component temperature during testing.

It has a conductive tin-plated copper base plate (gold plating available) and is compatible with all of Sciencetech's probe systems. This package comes with a power supply, radiative module, arc lamp, cooling system, and all necessary cables and tools. It does not include a support structure. Please see Sciencetech’s line of HFSS stands for a support structure (i.e. 168-8120). Sciencetech also offers various accessories to complement an HFSS system. This add-on is designed to interface with Sciencetech’s line of High Flux Solar Simulator Downward Facing Stands (i.e. 168-8120). Please add one HFSS-ADJUST-DF for each Radiative Module (i.e. 168-9000 or 168-9001) as well as one total HFSS stand (i.e. 168-8120).
