BSQ Solar UV Preconditioning Tester

Standards: IEC61215-2 MQT10, IEC61730-2 MST54

The BSQ UV Preconditioning Test System is designed to simulate ultraviolet exposure on photovoltaic modules before thermal cycling or humidity-freeze testing. It evaluates the UV resistance of materials and adhesives, ensuring long-term durability under harsh environmental conditions.

Test Purpose:
Pre-treat PV modules with UV radiation to assess the degradation resistance of materials prone to ultraviolet damage.

Key Features & Custom Functions:
XY-axis uniformity scanning system for precise UV distribution
Multiple UV test configurations for flexible testing scenarios
Combined UV + Damp Heat testing capability
UV + Humidity Freeze testing for comprehensive environmental simulation
